Our Policies Guests checking in after 6 pm need to call to make prior arrangements with the innkeeper. (We are small Inn and do not maintain a 24 hour check-in desk)
The entire Inn is a non-smoking building however you may smoke on the patio. We regret that we cannot accommodate pets at the inn. The Novel House Inn is a romantic retreat, catering primarily to individuals and couples, We are not designed or equipped to accommodate small children. Children over 10 are always welcome. While we generally require a two-night minimum stay during weekends and holidays, occasionally one-night stays are available. Please call to check. (1-800-711-8400) Our rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests per room. If you there are more than 2 people in your party please ask in advance about our vacation rental. There is no elevator ; we have 20 stairs to the 2nd floor If troubled by the climb, please inform us when making your reservation so we can reserve a room for you on the ground floor.
Because we are a small inn with only 10 rooms, cancellations have a significant impact on us and the services we are able to provide.
